Thank GOD. Poor Travis, it took me friggin' forever to get his story lined up....

So while I'm stuck in this ghastly once-a-week update rut, some other stuff you may like reading! Martha Wells (who y'all may remember me raving about before) has a new book out, Stories of the Raksura. It's a pair of novellas set in the same world as her fabulous Raksura trilogy, and if you haven't had the pleasure of reading that trilogy yet, it's probably a fabulous place to start. For those of us who've already met Wells's fabulous civilization of matriarchal shapeshifting flyers, it's pretty much an auto-buy.

In webcomics news, I found out recently that an old favorite comic of mine, the wonderfully clever Starcrossed, has found a new home and started updating again. I'll get around to editing the links page soon, but in the meantime do yourself a favor and go read some dark but snarky fantasy. And Dave Kellett's marvelous sci-fi epic Drive has acquired a Patreon which will hopefully lead to it updating again regularly. Two old favorites returning from hiatus! It's like a Christmas I can share with everyone!
